My experience at Glow Yoga has been life-changing for me physically and mentally. Jennifer Guthrie and her teachers are simply amazing. Each teacher follows the flow then adds their unique twist to the practice. They offer special classes like sound baths, workshops and teacher training. The gift shop has clothing, mats, jewelry and other eco-friendly items. I feel so blessed to have Glow in my life and you will too.
The class and instructor was amazing! I am an aging powerlifter and in need of more mobility work! I wasn’t sure about the heat, but it was the perfect combo. I felt so good after class.
