Amazing teachers & challenging classes
The teachers are amazing! They teach beyond the poses, hitting yoga on a spiritual level rather than simply focused on the physical body and cardio. Also Jennifer the owner is Present and involved, there is something magnetic and captivating about her Presence. It is inspiring.
