• Well I'd say to start with is the welcoming reception when I entered the Spa from the owner and staff. So friendly and great conversation before my treatment. Really fresh and clean rooms. The attention to detail when asked about why I chose to have a gentle mens facial (skin care). Did not feel rushed at all.
