• My mom said Sangee did an awesome job with the facial. She felt so refreshed and was glowing afterwards. Also Charles did an excellent job with the massage. He used the right amount of pressure.

• Only thing to improve would be encouraging use of your quiet contemplation space (creates a more relaxed climate so that customers know that it's not weird to just hang out after paying for their services).
