• The service was great. The appointment was on time. My only complaint is that I went with a gift certificate which my daughter gifted, however when I went to pay the they told me I had to pay $13 of my own pocket. I asked my daughter about this and she told me she was under the impression she had payed for a service, not a gift certificate. When I wanted to include the tip, it had to be either by Zelle or in cash which is put in a little envelope. Too complicated.
