• I rated my experience a 9 out of 10 because overall it was wonderful — very relaxing, clean, and the staff was attentive, which made it a great first visit back after a long time. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 is that I believe the experience depends a lot on the technician. While my technician was pleasant, the service felt extremely slow and not very mindful of appointment timing. The nail prep steps seemed a bit redundant and took longer than expected. Additionally, during polishing, two of my nails although weakened and broke from being over-filed, which was uncomfortable and even caused some burning. At the end, my nails looked nice, but not as even as I had hoped, and I felt some attention to detail was missing. That said, the atmosphere and overall service were excellent. I would definitely return, but I may request a different technician next time to better match the level of care and detail I was looking for.

• I didn't have an appointment. I just walked in and was able to get my mani pedi. Receptionist was looking Ely and Claudia did an extraordinary job on mani and pedi!
