• Absolutely the best Miami nail salon experience I've had! My husband came with me yesterday for a mani and pedi pampering afternoon and Gloss didn't disappoint! The salon offers a very relaxed and soothing environment, not typical of most Miami nail salons with annoying electronic and thumping pop music. The management has mastered courtesy and hospitality while keeping the setting immaculately clean, chic and sophisticated! I am from Manhattan and have high standards when it comes to spas and nail salons. Gloss surpassed all my expectations!

• Sure! The spa itself is just beautiful and very relaxing. It's nice to know that all the products are organic and free of harsh chemicals. All of the technicians are extremely polite and accommodating. They only thing I would say that could change is the foot massage for the pedicure could be a little longer, seeing as how the nail spa is high end and expensive. I have no problem paying for quality services if I feel like I'm getting my money's worth, so that would be my only recommendation. Other than that, you all are amazing! Thank you!
