I took Kristy's restore class and I was blown away by her knowledge of the structure of our bodies and how she was able to pin point specific movements that target trigger points and release pain. She has a great sense of humour but she takes her practice very seriously and I think that shows and it's why people were raving about the class after. This is only my second class with Kristy but I am definitely going to sign up for more of her classes.
