• Great facilities. A little run down. Signs in the locker room to wear shorts in the steam sauna for sanitation reasons are awkward because people wearing sweaty, dirty underwear in the hot tub, steam and sauna is much less hygienic than people being nude and showering

• Great yoga session- 10/10 I find the music in the gym too loud and too much metal for my taste Certain equipment, eg the hip abduction machine- cable is stretched out, no resistance on the negative. Has needed adjustment for a year or so.
