Excellent customer service, an extremely large variety of gym equipment, saunas, cold plunge, pickleball court, tennis court and so much more. I’ve been through a lot of Kelowna gyms and this is by far the best experience I’ve had yet.

Classes are great! Staff is friendly and supportive. Plenty of equipment. Facility is a bit dated and rough around the edges.
