I love the variety of classes, the instructors are kind and helpful, and the location is good. I don't do free weights or machines yet, but there sure is enough if someone is interested. Usually pretty clean.

It's a great place to play squash. Friendly staff. The squash court floors could be dry mopped more often, though.
