I follow a specific dance cardio program and Global now offers it. All the Shine instructors are wonderful. I find the check in staff very pleasant and welcoming (except for 1 time and anybody can have a terrible day). The facility is always clean. Overall - I would recommend it to anyone looking for a gym to work out in. I need to be a bit braver about trying new things and that is one of my goals for the new year.
