Missy was the first person in a couple years to get my hair really blonde. I was amazed how fast she did it too. And she asked when done if my specific concerns about color were addressed. The salon was very relaxing and comfortable. Good music. Great scheduling--got me in same-day. Couldn't have asked for better.
