• I chose 10/10 because I had such a good experience with Amy who did my nails, she talked to me and she was so nice when I walked in everyone said hello to me and I felt very welcome

• Everything was very good, except the towels on the tables which are not really clean. They don't exchange the towels on the tables for every customer. Also, there's no hot towels at the end, anymore.
