• I was scheduled for a total hip replacement on May 15. I had been in pain since late January and the only way to relieve the pain was surgery since nothing else lessened the pain including medications and other alternative treatments. I saw a program about cryotherapy for animals and googled to see if there was anywhere in the Rochester area. I had my first weekly cryogenic treatment in the middle of March. When I went to my orthopedic surgeon on April 23, he asked me about my pain level. I told him that it decreased 75%, from a 11 out of 10 to 2 out of 10. The surgeon suggested that I postpone the surgery indefinitely. I agreed!!!! I can't believe what great results I have experienced. Thanks to Glacier Cryogenic I can sleep during the night, and no longer take any addicting pain killers other than an occasional Tylenol.
