• Rating was all because of Lisa. I am, frankly, terrified about getting into the cryochamber. Cold is NOT my friend. She explained how the process worked and gave me numerous hints on how to "behave" once in the chamber. During the session, she was great about directing me and distracting me from the temperature. Because of Lisa's insight and obvious compassion, I signed up for a membership. I am hoping to avoid having knee replacements (both) that doctors have told me are my only options. Lisa also mentioned there was a device in the Albany office specifically designed for joints. I'm hoping that it will come to the Rochester office soon. I sure could use it! Judy Hess
