Graça was great. My fave was clear. No burns with the wax. My eyebrows were shaped nicely. She did not make them thin. She just cleaned up like I asked. She was pleasant to talk to and yet very professional.

The room was clean and grace used a clean stick every time she had to dip into the wax, SI I felt it was kept very hygienic. Grace was very nice and apologetic because she was running behind--the cleanliness is important to me.
