#1 the team & staff. Rosanna, Nara, Emily (others I just haven't encountered) are fantastic! Cleanliness, the type of wax! I've Been getting waxed for 25 years. The last 10, at least, from Girl Frm Ipanema and it is by far the best experience I have ever had. And the Covid protocols are very good.
