  • My experience once I actually got in for my appointment was great. Only problem was that the salon was 35 minutes behind schedule. I came 15 minutes late as requested and still waited 20 minutes. But the discount for a first visit was so nice and unexpected and my appointment went very smoothly so I left feeling satisfied.
