• My first time visiting this establishment and I thank Yelp for the recommendation. I was in dire need of having my hair fixed after being butchered earlier in the day from another location, name will remain undisclosed. I walked in, requested a seat at the next available chair and was asked if I had an appointment to which my response was no. The gentlemen helping me was very very nice and proceeded to look for availability within his appointment schedules already blocked off in order to help me. I explained to the gentlemen that I needed a clean up because my hair was cut in a unprofessional manner that is not acceptable for my line of work, military. He immediately began working even harder to help me get in the next available chair, thank you for that. I sat down and showed the barber, female with Russian accent who's departing for Turkey I believe very soon my hair. After 15-20 mins of magic she was able to fix my travesty of a haircut given by a previous establishment and made me look like a professional service member. I am not a fan of short hair and have not had short hair in about 15 years but her style and technique made me really like what she produced. I'm very thankful to her and grateful to the gentlemen at the desk for going above and beyond to assist me, even before finding out I was a service member. You're establishment's professionalism and quality of work is one that other barber shoppe's across the world should emulate. Thank you again. RLTW!
