• Gigi's attention to detail was exceptional. I had a very good experience for my 1st visit and booked a follow up appointment in 6 weeks. My good friend, Scott Mirsky referred me to Gino's and gave hi remarks. He did say I need to request the hot towel and massage, which I didn't get this visit. However, Gigi was running a little behind and I'm sure it was a time constraint. I was compensated for the delay, which I din't ask for but really appreciated. Over all, I'm looking forward to my next visit.

• Good administration and business processes. Operators keep to their allotted times with no overruns. Will was my operator. He was a craftsman with the right levels of conversation and interaction.
