• Kristen is amazing. Every time I bring my 2 year old in, he absolutely hates getting his haircut. Kristen is very sweet and kind with him, even though he screams and cries the entire time. She is also very quick and his haircuts always look good. As his mother, this process is very overwhelming for me, so I can only imagine that it’s probably the same for her although she never shows it. She reassures me every time that he won’t do this forever and that all kids go through this at some point.
