• My son has been getting hair cuts since he was 6 months old but he HATES it. He usually throws the biggest fits and it would take hours because we would have to let him get down and play a while every 10 minutes or so. Then by the time we were "done" it was always choppy. This is probably my 5th or 6th salon/barber we've been too and he literally didn't cry not once! He started to get a little fussy but they were so patient and easy going with him! It's a little more expensive and a little farther drive but totally worth it and I'll definitely be going back!

• The friendliness of the staff. Our stylist was great with my 5yo. And the main reason was that we could have a one-off princess makeover without having to be part of a party. That was the whole reason we went there and was extremely satisfied.
