• Lindsay just goes out of her way every time I bring my son Gabriel who is autistic. And has sensory disorder. We don't feel rushed. And she makes it so much fun for him and me.

• My concern was the staff being impatient with toddlers and it possibly ruining my 4 yr old daughters birthday, her 1st real party due to the pandemic. But, it was amazing. I apologized every 5 mins every time I or my guest got in the way, and every apology was met with kindness and understanding. (I even asked that my guest be mindful of the number if people they bring as a courtesy to the salon so that we would not consume the entire place. I love that the staff did not make us feel rushed to leave or tried skimp on the services. That staff was awesome! The service was awesome! The owner was even more awesome! Thank you Giggles And Glam!

• Libby was amazing. My 3.5 year old son has always cried getting his haircut and although we had a few tears in the beginning, Libby was patient, talked and involved him in the process, and overall was just so nice to him. He still wore his bravery sticker through out the day and next day. Highly recommend!
