My 3.5 year old son has always cried getting his haircut and although we had a few tears in the beginning, Libby was patient, talked and involved him in the process, and overall was just so nice to him. He still wore his bravery sticker through out the day and next day. Highly recommend!

• We got stuck in traffic on our way to the salon, so a forty five minute trip turned into an hour and a half. I called and they were able to move our appointment back. Once there, the ladies were wonderful at working with our one year old! Libby did an amazing job on our son's hair.
