• The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They assisted me with a video RPM session (fantastic HIIT experience) last night. I have always found the staff to be cheerful and supportive and I enjoy the Trip, RPM and BodyPump sessions. I highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get fit, lose weight, feel great and meet new friends!
