• I have been a member of the In Shape studio for about 6 years. I really enjoy the small size 4 with trainer and 4 doing cardio. I like having and appointment and the trainer is supervising 4 ladies at a time with different workout with weights/balance., etc. Dennis, the manager is engaging and keeps the studio clean and is available to answer and help with your weight program or wanting to become stronger! Remember: You are investing in YOUR health!!
