• I continue to be happy with the trainers. I am still waiting for the equipment to be updated, especially the remotes and the earphones. I also look forward to whatever new equipment you provide. I would prefer that someone man the front desk whenever the trainers are working with us. Deb is wonderful and there is a difference when she is on duty.

• The trainers (Ryan, Justin, Jacob) whom I train with in the mornings are superb. They know you well, what you are capable of, what your limitations are, and encourage you to do your best by selecting exercises that will challenge and encourage you. Their feedback and reinforcement is spot-on. The management (Deb) is organized, upbeat, interactive and just wonderful. You can tell she loves her job and is invested in the clients at the Needham location.
