• Everyone is very friendly and facilities are awesome. My only 1 point downgrade is it is confusing coming in as a brand new person. Even though the trainers show every move at each station.... they do not show modifications or seem to keep an eye out for newbies who either forget how to do the move (especially using proper form) or how to modify if that person cannot do the move. I would maybe ask the group if there are newbies and maybe have them work together and keep checking in with them as they progress through the stations. ...just a thought...🤷‍♀️
