• The waiting area was soothing and pleasant. I was greeted with a friendly hello and a smile through the mask. The massage therapist inquired about precisely what I needed/wanted and was excellent. Sometimes I'm disappointed with massage because its therapeutic effect is very transitory. But I genuinely felt better after.
