• My experience was exceptional. Gerardo was very professional, cordial and engaging. So much so that I have two referrals for him. One scheduled this FRI May 29 approx 11am ~ Chris from NY and a second referral Tim Larkin who will schedule in a week. Why I did not rate a 10? Two minor factors than can easily be addressed. 1) Shampoo bench is super comfortable but the bowl does not lend itself to a full and complete wash. There is a dead zone right where the client's head rests. Soof the hair is unwashed. 2) This is an easy one. 😊 Now that Gerardo knows how I tip, I believe the motorized massage will not be 3-4min but at least 10. 😁
