I decided to try a facial at Gelous Spa this week- best decision EVER! I honestly thought I was going in just for a facial ( the ones I have done at high end spas only did my face!). Helena gives a thorough facial but she also massages each arm and legs. Her facial massage was so in-depth, I felt every muscle on my face relax. Days after; my skin is still glowing and my entire body feels relaxed ( as if I did get a massage). Helena is a gentle soul and she feels you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely be treating myself again. This spa is local gem in our neighbourhood.

I tried the infrared sauna massage this time. It was so relaxing. Helena always does a great job but this might have been the best massage I have had.
