Helena was amazing! She knew I was a little nervous about this being my first experience with massage therapy and she talked me through everything. She was very patient in explaining different types of massage and what she would recommend based on her assessment. I'd highly recommend Helena to any of my friends! =)

Great service. Took the time to ask questions to ensure she fully understood why I was there. Lots of dialogue to ensure she was helping, but if you wantto have a quiet massage, she keys off me and only talks with questions. But if you feel like chatting, she does that too in a positive and upbeat manner.
