My very first massage was a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Helena listened to all my concerns and worked on those areas for me. I experienced great relief after my massage. She is very intuitive and very passionate about what she does, I am going back to see her in 2 weeks . I will certainly recommend her to friends and family.

Have had serious shoulder problems over the years, with upcoming surgery. I've tried everything to relieve pain, but never thought about deep tissue massage. Helenna was awesome, made me feel comfortable, and at ease. She could clearly tell this was all new to me so she was very relaxing, and talked to me about what she was doing. I found it incredibly helpful, and am certainly glad I went. I'm hopeful to get in once or twice more before surgery - thank you Helenna!
