Best massage I have ever received. I have tried quite a few places in Calgary and Gelous Spa is the best I have experienced. I would certainly recommend Helena to anyone who is looking for an exceptional massage in a calm and relaxing setting.

Helena is a fantastic massage therapist! She pays attention and makes note of chronic issues and areas of concern to focus on. The combo of cupping, heat, deep tissue and aromatherapy seems to do the trick for me. I always leave more relaxed and feeling much better.
