I have had a great experience at GTY over the last year. There is a variety of classes in terms of style, intensity level, and scheduled times, and all the teachers are welcoming, kind, and very skilled at what they do. The studio is peaceful and inviting; a wonderful place to go to focus, reset, and unwind. It's been an invaluable support to me in a very challenging year of my life.
