Gateway MedSpa holds a special place in my routine, visiting a few times each year. Mary Grace and the entire staff consistently deliver an amazing experience that never fails to impress. Each visit is a delight; their dedication and care continue to exceed my expectations. The MedSpa maintains an impeccable standard of cleanliness and tidiness, including their pristine restrooms--a reflection of their commitment to excellence.

Nestled conveniently next to Chase Bank and other businesses, parking has never been an issue. I can confidently recommend Gateway MedSpa, their outstanding team, and particularly Mary Grace for their exceptional service. In my book, they effortlessly earn a 5/5-star rating. A place worth visiting.

Went in after discussing in the phone that I would receive dissolver. I arrived after an hour of traffic only to be informed when doing my medical consult that they don't dissolve filler. I cried for the wasted time that I took off work to get to this appointment and of course just a little frustration.

I had a great time here at GATEWAY med spa thanks to Kaeli and Mary Grace!!!! So caring and professional I can't wait to come back next month, my face is so much clearer and also left with way more knowledge for my skin care !!!

This medspa offers a wide range of services & the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean and inviting. Shout out to Kailee for helping my skin glow!

I'm not recommending this place. I went there for a forehead Botox and I was also advised to get a crow's feet Botox. I had a Spock eyebrows and they put 4 more units and as a result I had neck pain that they did not specify for crow's feet Botox that I never wanted to begin with. The results are not good, uneven and lumpy, the Spock eyebrows remained despite the extra 4 units. They injected a total of 44 units, 20 minimum on forehead and between brows. I told them to have the doctor call me, and he did a few times but getting cut off. I called the number and it was a hospital in Glendale. All I wanted is and explanation and appointment.
I have monthly facials and use expensive creams and I'm not old, no wrinkles but shallow lines on the forehead.

Because the service was excellent! Miranda was so very helpful and as always Barb is the best! I've been going here for over a year on the recommendation of my daughter! Barbara is very good, she won't do something that won't suit you, she makes you feel great about yourself
I'm 60 and I went in so down on myself but after letting Barb do her magic I am always feeling great! Again Miranda CSR skills are top notch and she was so sweet

Got the Sylfirm face treatment and my experience was phenomenal. Shoutout to all the staff for an excellent service. The treatment is similar to microneedling but with the benefit of no downtime.
Post treatment was easy and the next day I'm good to go but make sure to wear sunscreen. Definitely would recommend if given the chance.

She gave me my youthful fullness back, I am delighted with the results. Barbara takes time with her patients, she listens, explains, and answers all your questions. This is my go to med-spa for facials, botox, and filler. I highly recommend my injector Barbara. She is gentle, kind, listens diligently to concerns, and provides excellent recommendations and/or education. All of the employees here are warm, and super helpful. They take the time to get to know you personally and I love that. You can tell management does a great job!

Super special shout out to Mary Grace, Barbara, and Marissa (who I learned is no longer here, but was such a darling!)
