• While visiting Santa Cruz for a couple days with the family, I chose to train at GTJJ based off of what I read on the website. Upon arriving at the gym....Garth, his staff & his students welcomed me and my 2 kids with open arms. Garth is a phenomenal teacher that is very easy to follow and understand....even for this white belt! Rolling with the GTJJ crew after drilling was much appreciated. I offered to pay a mat fee and Garth wouldn't let me. He even hooked my kids up with stickers. I highly recommend training here if your passing through.
