• The instructors are incredible, kind, knowledgeable keeping safety a priority. The owner is a bad ass kind gentle monster of a man who sets the vibe for the gym. EVERYONE is kind. The gym is clean. The classes are well thought out. The space is open and welcoming. The new gym area in back allows the whole family to be there working out. I'm so happy we're part of this studio.
