• I have always felt welcomed at Garden of the heart. The community is like a little yoga family led by Cheryl who has nurtured this environment lovingly. I had a 6 week medical hiatus and the entire time I counted the days down until I could practice again with my yoga family.

• I thoroughly enjoyed the intensive I took with Cheryl Chaffee. Her instructions were informative and easy to follow. The program was inspirational and relaxing. As a yoga instructor, I enjoyed learning some alignment refinements and new ways of looking at all aspects of my practice. I have no doubt this will deepen my practice for weeks and months to come.
