• The Garden of the Heart is a sincere place where I feel welcomed. All of the teachers are amazing and each one of them has a different style which makes it unic. Each teacher makes sure you have proper postures in all poses. They also offer a different pose if you had an injury. A very safe place to practice yoga! Namaste!

• Classes are always purposeful and planned to achieve worthwhile objectives. The atmosphere within Garden of the Heart is always welcoming as well as calming which sets the stage for students to achieve at their own ability level.
