• Noelle was absolutely amazing. Although the cleanliness of the room and professionalism of the front desk staff made me raise an eyebrow, her deep tissue massage made up for it. Also I'm not sure if the table was supposed to be heated, but it wasn't. When the air turned on, I was absolutely freezing. Again, Noelle's work made up for all of that and I've already recommended her to multiple friends.

• The staff at reception (at least the older (not old!) women) are amazing. The younger staff are not bringing the customer service vibes. And I am not American so I'm not expecting a song and dance, just friendly & courteous service. My esthetician is fantastic but the rooms could use some updating and there are not advanced services or facials.
