• I actually was reviewing the services offered by Galleria Spa right before receiving the survey. I really enjoyed my well needed spa day. If I would have not been schedule for a pedi I probably would have asked for extension of massage. Both were very relaxing and ladies very sweet. I look forward to scheduling future appts. • Both my husband and I enjoyed our trip to The Galleria for pedicures. My husband even had his toenails painted a dark brown. My staff member was Neely. She was kind, gentle and sociable. She made my visit very pleasant. We plan to return for the deluxe pedicure next time.

• Am always offered a beverage (ice water, coffee or tea) upon arrival, waiting area is always attractive, with gift items, clothing and decorative displays to look over. Reception area personnel are welcoming and helpful, and my hairdresser is pleasant, friendly and professional. It all makes for a very welcoming and calming experience, and don't we all need a bit more of that in our day?
