• My nail technician was amazing. They must have been short staffed and even though I had an appointment I had to wait 30 minutes or so for someone to do my pedicure. But she apologized several times and upgraded my pedicure for free to apologize for the wait. She took her time was very friendly and did an absolutely amazing job on my pedicure. The spa and salon itself is very serene, calming, and peaceful. I was completely relaxed at the end of my treatment and completely satisfied with my experience.
