• From the moment I walked through the front door - it was a positive experience. The aroma was incredible, the atmosphere was calming, your office team were friendly & welcoming. However, it was Diane who made such an impact & connection that I plan to review my budget to see how I can make this work for consistent appointments. Diane was personable, genuine, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. She seemed to know the root of my issues in a matter of minutes, took action & got to work. I walked out of your place in an hour feeling relaxed & refreshed. The next morning, I literally got out of bed, and for the first time in years, could walk on my feet without tenderness, shooting twinges & burning sensations. I am so encouraged & excited to continue this relationship in an effort to regain better health & knowledge about self care. And, again, there was something about the environment of The Galleria Spa; peaceful, calming and a presence that was quite inviting. Thank you for a rich, enticing experience. Carmen Herman
