• The service was the absolute best! And the environment was very tranquil. I loved the friendliness of the staff yet they didn't infringe on my quiet time. My only complaint/improvement is that after I got home I realized no one ever directed me to using the spa area or what was included in that with my mini escape package. Being a first timer I didn't know what that included or when I was allowed to use that...should I have come earlier than my appt? Stayed later? Could I have gotten lunch and then come back? So I feel like that should be clarified and maybe guests she be directed because I kind of feel like I missed out on a part of my escape package.

They have each gained a new client! 🥰 Ahhhhhh so good! My pedicure with Diana B. was very relaxing. I had the best day and felt spoiled! Thank you, Galleria at Rock Prairie!
