• I assume this is regarding my most recent service - massage with Noel. She's a fantastic massage therapist. She has "good hands", I feel very secure and able to relax fully during service - which enables the benefits of massage to really take hold. She listens not just to what I say, but how my body is responding and is able to increase or decrease her work accordingly.It's been most helpful in my management of my spine (neck and lumbar) issues, as well as my knees and general well-being.
