Key, being solicitous... & charming. Even if staff or managers don't really care, pretend. It's Vital & key in business...with the public. Suggest having some soothing back ground music 🎶 playing. Education,.... perhaps a screen with lastest education, treatments, before and afters & techniques in the industry to keep waiting clients engaged & learning, inquiring. It's Vital to train staff, front desk in the art of customer service... There are videos on what that looks like to learn & model this. With what clients are paying, just good business sense.
