I've loved Gaia for many years and recommend taking a class to everyone I meet. We moved from Dallas in 2015 and I still cannot find a studio to match how I feel after a class at Gaia. I'm so glad you now offer live stream & have the video library.

Gaia Flow always gives me what I need when I need it, whether it's stress relief and deep stretching or more challenging muscle building work. Also the instructors are always so kind and inspiring, I always leave feeling uplifted and calm.
