I like Gaia because the quality of the classes are consistent. The instructor was amazing, as always. I really appreciated that the instructor was able to give me adjustments for my skill level and without embarrassing me in front of the class.

Chelsea and Tanya are both wonderful instructors of the class I've taken so far. The practices are thoroughly enjoyable and I feel very comfortable practicing here vs other studios I've been to!
